• Update vessel’s prospect ETA/ETB/ETS for travelling planning
• Meeting at the airport / sea port
• Immigration and customs formalities
• Visa on arrival if necessary
• Hotel accommodation if needed
• Transfers by certified taxi and or agency cars
• Meals
• Launch boat in case crew change at sea
• Medical help
• Follow lost/delayed arrived luggage until delivery
